Community Outreach to State Workforce Agencies

These organizations are participating in our exclusive Community Outreach program. Through this program, groups and organizations that directly work with State Workforce Agencies receive open job notifications on a daily basis that match the criteria they specifically requested. These daily notifications (known as JobCast’s™) can be customized by location, profession, education and experience.

Career Source - Cambridge

Career Source - CambridgeCareer Source is a non-profit comprehensive career center with offices in Cambridge and Everett. We are part of the One-Stop Career Center System in Massachusetts, the first One-Stop Career Center in the country. Our center offers employment and training services to both job-seekers and employers. Job-seeker services include job-search counseling and workshops, eligibility assessment for career training, job matching, and access to our Career Library. Since our inception in 1996, we have consistently exceeded our placement goals by 50% or more.

Experienced Job Specialists are available to assist you with reviewing your resume and provide job search assistance.

Rhode Island NetWORKri CentersToday's job market is very competitive and you need to be well prepared to be successful in your job search. netWORKri should be the first step in your job search! The focal point of each netWORKri Center is a large Resource Area where you can utilize a computer to access job related web sites via the internet or work on your resume and cover letter. Copy machines, fax machines and telephones are available to outreach to employers, and we'll make sure you have plenty of copies of your resume.

The Work Place

The Work PlaceThe Work Place provides comprehensive employment and career services that are easy to access, customer-driven, and linked to the latest technology. We help individuals to find current job openings, assess their skill levels and interests, and enter education and training programs. In addition we offer a wealth of resources, including computer skills workshops, employment workshops, and access to state-of-the-art research tools and the Internet. The Work Place is funded in-part through the Department of Workforce Development, allowing us to offer many of our basic services at no cost.
