Job Description
Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As our Order Management Specialist, you will act as the principal contact for customer and sales agency communication regarding parts, pricing, orders, deliveries, services, product information, and other inquiries. You will interface directly with internal and external customers via phone and email. Additional responsibilities will include:
  • Communicating information to customers or sales agencies regarding parts availability, list pricing, shipment dates, and tracking numbers coming from inbound calls.
  • Supporting our external collections company with billing disputes.
  • Maintaining order entry and shipment/delivery accuracy in SAP daily.
  • Proactively providing communication to customers on overdue items.
  • Creating and distributing quotes through SAP.
  • Entering product and service orders and tracking and resolving rejections in the system.
  • Completing daily electronic filing of new customer set ups.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Minimum of a high school diploma, with an A.S. degree or business certificate a plus.
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP order entry and CRM a plus.
