Position Summary

The Senior Technical Trainer for continuous improvement works closely with internal groups to ensure changes are properly communicated and implemented within field service. Manages and facilitates training for field service workflow software for service technicians and back-office departments as well as supports adoption and change management questions.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with instructional designers to create engaging training programs that enhance retention and transfer.
  • Act as a liaison and represent the technical training team in new product reviews, builds, and approvals.
  • Lead live in-person training and web-based training sessions to internal clients.
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous process improvement within field service.
  • Assess service technician competency of workflow software,
  • Contributes to testing and development of workflow software.
  • Oversees change management communications pertaining to software enhancements and changes in process to field service.
  • Research and apply emerging technology and concepts to educational initiatives.
  • Ability to actively teach and support all training programs within the product lines via the above-mentioned delivery techniques, with minimal supervision.
  • Remains informed of new products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience of dedicated training, teaching, or related experience.
  • Experience with change management and continuous improvement methodology.
  • Lean Six Sigma a plus.
  • Casino operations and gaming experience a plus.
  • Valid gaming card and/or the ability to obtain required jurisdictional licenses.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age, as required by law.
