SUMMARY

The role is primarily responsible for developing and leading the strategy of talent acquisition for a diverse and complex portfolio of businesses including manufacturing, professional services, sports and not for profit entities. This role will be accountable for the overall organizational placements and success will be measured in performance impact, culture enhancements and growth. The organization's culture is highly competitive, results oriented and dynamic.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Develop and manage the creation of all recruiting strategies using multi-media channels and networking with various educational institutes, professional organizations, and community groups to promote brand recognition and specific opportunities. Stimulate a pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of the business need.
  2. Partner with Senior Leaders on business development and operational changes to ensure alignment with talent acquisition deliverables and strategy.
  3. Manage the recruiting team through active supervision, coaching and resource management to support and ensure all departmental goals are achieved including days to fill, vacancy rates, turnover goals, and diversity.
  4. Be the subject matter expert on all recruiting initiatives and processes. Responsible for the candidate's experience, risk mitigation and compliance in all facets of talent. Ensure continued commitment to organizational DE&I goals.
  5. Manage all recruiting service contracts including negotiating agreements and analyzing return on investment. Oversee and ensure budgetary responsibilities are achieved for an estimated $1M spend.
  6. Provide weekly and quarterly analysis and reporting of the department's performance across all divisions. Analysis will encompass talent placement's impact on business outcomes.
  7. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
  8. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Driven results-oriented leader experienced in people management.
  • Experienced in relationship building and influencing.
  • Data oriented decision maker and leader.
  • Detailed and process oriented in a high-volume sustainable model.
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience, human resources or talent acquisition preferred.
  • A competitive leader with a superior work ethic and defined sense of urgency is a must.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office, all social and professional networking sites.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
