Job Function: Provide overall support to the Global Marketing Team with a focus on the Americas Region. This support will consist of Marketing Operations duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES:

Marketing Operations Support:

  • Process vendor invoices for US projects and manage vendor spending tracker.
  • Support Senior Marketing Operations Managerwith reports, annual budget planning and quarterly forecasting.
  • Manage the daily updating of the design resource project tracker via Smartsheet.
  • Develop and maintain marketing assets "look book" for collateral and tradeshow graphics.
  • Manage physician headshot library.
  • Provide project management support as assigned.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

MLR, Promotional Review Process Support:

  • Support use of Veeva PromoMats system as the PromoMats Coordinator for the Global Marketing Team, which will include adding reference claims annotations for each document submission.
  • Review and maintain all references and claims in Veeva PromoMats and assist with upcoming expiry of materials.
  • Acquire and upload all distribution packages of final art files onto Marketing SharePoint site.
  • Track document expiration dates in Veeva Vault PromoMats, review documents and make recommendations to expire or update or send for reapprove for continued use.
  • For documents that need to be updated or reapproved with content as is, evaluate if branding update is required.
  • Assist and support of promotional review process.
  • Assist manager in ad-hoc promotional review projects.

Fulfillment and Salesforce Marketing Support:

  • Continuous review of material inventory levels and Storefront usage.
  • Provide quarterly utilization report of materials orders to North America Marketing Director.
  • Support print jobs and assist with ad-hoc fulfillment projects.
  • Manage prospect database in Salesforce Account Engagement (i.e. Pardot).
  • Provide Pardot email support to Marketing team.
Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL PREREQUISITES AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, or business management.
  • Up to 2 years marketing or project management experience required, medical device marketing experience desired.
  • Possess strong business acumen, and ability to manage multiple priorities, processes, timelines, and expectations of multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Must be highly organized, have strong attention to detail.
  • Must be process oriented, with strong time management skills.
  • Possesses sense of urgency and results driven.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational, project management, communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a highly regulated environment and industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Experience with MS Office 365, SharePoint, Zoom, MS Teams or equivalent desired.
  • Experience in Smartsheet, Veeva PromoMats, Salesforce or Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot) desired.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully work either remotely, or onsite depending on the requirement of the position.

The target base salary range for this position will range from $71,000 to $90,000 annually.Individual compensation for this job requisition will be based on non-discriminatory factors, including your geographic location, skills, experience, education and other factors as they relate to the position requirements. Actual compensation may vary depending on the confirmed job-related skills and experience.

In addition to the expected base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in Sirtex's incentive programs (target bonus of 5% for this position)and benefit plans, which include paid sick and vacation time, health insurance and a generous 401k matching program.

Additional information:

This position reports directly to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and is a hybrid position, with on-site / remote work allowed. The Marketing Operations Associateis to be on-site in the Woburn office a minimum of 3 days a week; ability to work on-site daily. A Sirtex owned laptop and Sirtex.com based email address will be provided, along with a headset for office use. No additional equipment will be provided for remote working.
