STV currently has an opening in the Texas/Mountain Region USA for a Client Service Account Specialist in our Dallas, TX or Fort Worth, TX Office to facilitate, capture, and manage Client Service Accounts for our Transportation and Infrastructure division. This is a position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, or equivalent related work experience
  • 1-5 years of experience in engineering or related disciplines associated with the transportation market sector
  • Experience in coordinating with engineering/planning teams developing successful sales outcomes
  • Sales knowledge on how to identify opportunities in advance, respond to RFPs/solicitations, interview and win new work
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse internal teams, including business development, marketing, engineering, planning, and environmental scientists
  • Consensus builder and team player with ability in technical writing
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Savviness in CRM platforms with ability to interpret large datasets
  • Capable of using Microsoft Office Applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) proficiency is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
  • Act as a catalyst to spur the realization of our clients' vision and goals
  • Partner with the Regional Business Development Director and Client Service Account Manager(s) in managing client service accounts, developing business plans, and maintaining sales opportunity leads, budgets, and wins in CRM
  • Assist the Marketing Team to develop winning technical proposal and statement of qualifications by actively engaging with project and Sales teams to facilitate and drive the sales process, win strategy and proposal development, interviews, and presentations
  • Partner with technical and operational staff to craft technical, vetted solutions to address accounts' needs, accelerating growth outcomes
  • Coordinate and facilitate the Sales process, including Go/No Go decisions, and help develop required sales costs aligned with opportunity potential and return on investment objectives
  • Mine and interpret data to develop accurate market and competitive analysis to assist leadership in making educated and strategic sales and operational decisions
  • Advance diversity and inclusion across client account teams for better decision-making outcomes
  • Participate in local industry events and community engagement opportunities that are in alignment with our clients' goals and presence, thereby maximizing STV's brand recognition

Compensation Range:

$69,872.00 - $93,163.00
