We are searching for a Registered Nurse Program Coordinator- Structural Heart Services to perform various duties in setting the vision, developing, and managing disease management programs including Structural Heart and Valve Disease across Southcoast Health. Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, reporting and directly managing processes, programs, and tools to continually improve clinical quality and efficiency performance. The Structural Heart Program Manager will function as a central figure in the overall operations of the Structural Heart Program includes but not limited to overall structural heart program management overseeing clinic operations and staff. Provide functional or technical supervision over other employees in same or closely related classifications, where scope of supervisory responsibility is limited to direction, guidance, explanation, etc.
