What we need:

The Health Engagement Coordinator is a strategic partner to the Health Engagement Strategist (HES) to successfully implement and run health engagement programs for clients across all markets. The HEC will participate in account meetings and develop and maintain a strong working relationship with key account and broker contacts and internal stakeholders. The HEC will maintain a working knowledge of the account's overall wellness program including, incentive campaign, communication plan and key dates and deadlines.

Your Day to Day:

  • Partners with Health Engagement Strategists (HES) to support the wellness needs of their book of business and meet regularly to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Provide daily e-mail and phone support for their accounts in areas such as the digital wellness platform, programmatic eligibility and research, and event management.
  • Assist with account reporting such as quarterly engagement reports, combined biometric reports, and other data extracts.
  • Provide standard touch points based on how an account is engaging in their program (i.e. challenges, non-members).
  • Respond effectively and efficiently to additional business needs of the account as appropriate.
  • Provide virtual and onsite health fair presence for select accounts.
  • Collaborate with operations team and vendor partners on processes to provide best in class service to our accounts.

  • Experience with relationship and operational management
  • Flexible and adaptable team player with the ability to work independently within the department's strategic framework
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and manage complex projects
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands with competing priorities
  • Excellent problem solving skills

What You Bring:

  • BS/BA degree in business, communications or health
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Health, Wellness and/or Service Delivery Experience a plus

Hourly Range: $28.66 - $35.03


The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
