POSITION SUMMARY:We are looking for a highly skilled ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Developer to play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge data pipeline infrastructures and models while providing essential support for our data warehouse at Clearway Health. This role is pivotal in enabling us to gather, process, and analyze vast amounts of data from diverse sources. Ultimately, this role will minimize data redundancy, optimize data movements, and enhance overall enterprise information management.As an ETL Developer, it is critical to collaborate closely with data modelers and data analysts, implementing innovative ETL solutions to streamline and bolster enterprise information management. Success in this role will be fueled by expertise of data pipelines, data warehousing, and excellent communication skills. Ensuring accurate extraction of data from source systems, seamless transformation into an analysis-ready format, and efficient loading into target systems is essential. In addition to your core responsibilities, you may take on tasks such as designing and implementing data models, developing and testing data integration processes, and collaborating with fellow data professionals to guarantee data quality.   • Shape long-term solutions by analyzing business needs and crafting data models for Clearway Health.
  • Enhance existing data systems through evaluation and troubleshooting to ensure optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to create conceptual data models and flows.
  • Lead unified data coding to establish best practices for data coding.
  • Ensure cross-compatible modifications through in-depth reviews of existing systems.
  • Implement innovative data strategies and develop physical data models.
  • Optimize models regularly, ensuring local and metadata models are current.
  • Scrutinize Clearway Health's data systems for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency.
EDUCATION:
  • College Degree required. May consider experience in absence of diploma.
EXPERIENCE:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with physical and relational data modeling is required.
  • 3+ years of Python and AWS Glue experience is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data warehouses, and data integration tools is required.
  • Expert knowledge of metadata management and related tools is required.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake data warehouse platform is highly desirable.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • Possesses a robust understanding of mathematical foundations and statistical analysis, leveraging analytical prowess to inform decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and communication within a professional environment.
