About the role:

We are looking to hire a Data Entry Specialist also known as the Data Entry Operator who will maintain the entry and integrity of the data related to the Companies corporate systems within a processing environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Receives and prepares electronic documents for review and data entry

  • Verify and log receipt of documents within the processing environment

  • Review and identity customer data to be enter from electronic documents

  • Establishes data entry priorities

  • Perform data entry input within the processing environment

  • Perform High-Level Quality Assurance for accuracy

  • Identify missing information needed to resolve any discrepancies

  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you will need:

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word)

  • Experience within the financial industry

  • Ability to multitask effectively

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high-level of accuracy

  • Knowledge of basic computer operations

  • Comfortable working within a team environment

FIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTION
Entry level role. Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency. Has general understanding of data control. Works under close to moderate supervision with to ensure accuracy. Consults with senior peers on processes or errors to learn through experience. Typically requires up to one year of data control/encoding or equivalent experience.


FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $16.14 - $28.76 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
