Job Description

We are searching for a Project Coordinator _Bus Prof for a 1 yr. contract assignment with possibility for extension. The person in this role will assist the team to process rebates for residential customers; no commercial. This is a highly collaborative role; however, this person will be responsible for working as an individual contributor as well to process work from the shared queue. Standard hours will be flexible from 6 and 6 once the person is proficient enough.

  • Work schedule is a hybrid in which the person will work remotely Monday-Thursday and will be expected to report to the office on Friday's. Training will be conducted during standard hours.

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for heavy data entry via Salesforce.
  • Be responsible for processing rebates that are coming in through PDF, online in addition to paper.
  • This role will include verification of products and will be working from a shared queue within Salesforce, working from the oldest date to the newest.
  • The person will be working within team of 13 and will also support the greater team in working/corresponding using a shared inbox.
  • Will be using Salesforce dashboards for tracking work/productivity and to process to verify products and process rebates on those products.
  • There may be short team meetings at the beginning on the week to discuss work, priorities and what the team is working on.
  • The person will also be using an internal tool called CRS, which houses usage data.

Requirements

  • Education High School diploma or equivalent or Higher Education.
  • Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of experience
  • Experience with SalesForce is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Background with data entry, preferably into SalesForce.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills, attention to detail; accuracy and speed in a high-volume queue/ticketing environment.
  • Ability to work independently, be very self-driven and show initiative.
  • Must have experience within a professional office setting.
  • Previous rebate processing experience would be helpful.
  • Helpful to be familiar with deadlines and working through shared queues.
  • Previous experience with rebate processing a plus.
