Career Opportunity: AVP, Branch Lead (Branch Manager)

Location: Townsend, MA (On-Site)

Townsend Branch Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Candidates will be required to work a flexible schedule based on branch operational needs.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is between $80k - $90k per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.

Position Summary: As our AVP, Branch Lead you are responsible for the overall branch performance in the areas of member satisfaction, sound operations, branch scheduling, and ensuring the branch achieves target loan and deposit goals.

General Responsibilities: Every day we'll rely on you to provide leadership and consistent feedback to develop skills and talent of the branch staff. You will ensure member satisfaction is the priority in delivery of products and services and will identify opportunities to refer members to specialized internal business partners such as AVP, Financial Wellness Coaches, Small Business Lending, investments & insurance, and mortgages to round out their financial plan.

Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you must have at least 5 to 8 years' experience in branch banking, at least 2 of which were in a management capacity. You must have excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with members, WCU employees, business associates and the public. A HS diploma or equivalent required. Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System ("NMLS") and maintaining active status and accurate information on file is mandatory.
