We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Commercial Roofing Foreman for our Brockton, MA location!
Pay starting at $30+/hr. BOE

Bilingual Commercial Roofing Foreman Summary: Under the direction of the Field Supervisor and Project Manager, the role of Commercial Roofing Foreman is responsible for the installation, removal and replacement of commercial roofing systems. This position oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest level of craftmanship, quality and production. Responsibilities include:
Installation and removal of various types of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.
Roof repairs and maintenance.
Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
Maintain professional interactions with all customers.
Direct, train and supervise commercial roofing crew.
Complete all required paperwork, electronic correspondence and attend meetings as required.
3-5 years experience with various commercial roofing systems, required.
High school diploma (or equivalent).
Bilingual (Spanish/English), required.
Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.
Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders are all expected activities.
Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions. Regular schedule Mon-Fri, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
Ability to read and understand blueprints/job specifications.
Proven ability to train and supervise employees, with an emphasis on developing commercial roofing skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism.
