This role within the PTC IT organization is responsible for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the Global Field Organization through the management of Sales Enablement Delivery tools. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Enablement System Specialist/Analyst. The Specialist will be a key member of the team supporting, maintaining and managing deliverables through a comprehensive content management system that covers a broad set of valued Sales Assets. Site configuration, content management, and standards enforcement will be principal aspects of the role working directly with the Enablement team and extended PTC ecosystems to ensure the best and most up to date materials are available when and where needed. This hybrid role will be responsible for administration of the enablement platform, as well analyzing and improving our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement continual improvements of overall content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Analyze and assess the effectiveness of our systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system issues and opportunities for improvement through system configuration and content management.
  • Facilitate and enforce publication process for site content contributors, maintaining system integrity.
  • Monitor and report on content performance, using data to inform decision-making, both ad hoc and through scheduled governance meetings.
  • Creation and delivery of training and support to end users and content contributors to ensure they can effectively use the systems and tools.
  • Update and maintain time sensitive site configurations (profile structure/logic, taxonomy & metadata updates)
  • Maintain defined users, groups, permissions, and overall access control.
  • Monitor support inbox and assist in troubleshooting and problem resolution with the site.
  • Stay up to date with the vendor platform updates.

Skills:

  • Analytical skills: The ability to analyze data and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Problem-solving skills: The ability to develop and implement effective solutions to address system issues.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency (or an aptitude to learn) in relevant technology, i.e. Microsoft Office, sales enablement systems, content management tools, CRMs, Sales Training, etc.
  • Communication skills: The ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and present findings.
  • Project management skills: The ability to plan, organize, and manage resources to achieve specific goals.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ambition to drive a project to completion and goal oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and function in fast paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, sales, marketing, IT, communications, etc.
  • Proven experience in content management and system analysis.
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
