The Opportunity: We are seeking a resourceful, driven, team player with a competitive spirit and strong business acumen to help excel business development for Southworth Clubs. The Sales Development Representative role is the engine behind our market expansion. You are a critical part of our high performing sales team. You will be directly responsible for driving net-new pipeline for our onsite real estate teams. In many instances the SDR is our first point of contact which involves a combination of research, outreach, and communication to establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients. Your role is to educate prospects about Southworth Club's real estate and membership opportunities. Outlining the benefits of ownership and club privileges. You will harness your sales skills and knowledge that create qualified appointments for the onsite real estate team in a collective effort to close sales.

Duties and Functions:

Cold Call Expert

  • Must be able to hit a high volume of daily calls. Outreach directly into prospects via cold-calls, text, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns and other methods. This position requires a strong ability to connect with people, disarm, challenge and intrigue in minutes. Maturely handle the highs and lows of a professional sales environment.

Communication

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, resulting in a clear, concise, and articulate experience for the customer. Not intimidated by difficult objections, rejection, unpredictable personalities, and various decision makers

Qualify Leads

  • You have a knack for asking the right questions to qualify leads. You can articulate the Southworth values and benefits of the new product opportunities to a high-net-worth clientele.

Teamwork

  • Must be comfortable in a supportive, team-orientated role. Work closely with in-market team leads and sales associates. Ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads for further engagement. Desire to learn, grow, and receive constructive feedback.

Research

  • Analyze addressable market in nascent geographies and create demand. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to optimize outreach strategies.

Goal Oriented

  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics and provide accurate guidance on quota attainment for number of appointments and number of closed deals. Able to operate with both high output and quality and must have the utmost integrity in their work. Schedule meetings and appointments for the onsite sales team with qualified leads.

CRM and Data Driven

  • HubSpot CRM to manage a pipeline. Document all activities within our CRM, maintaining flawless data management. Logging calls, creating tasks, completing tasks, creating opportunities, entering proper notes and database management.

Qualifications Standards:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience with history of strong performance (SDR, Customer Success/Service, Direct Sales, Account Management).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Persistence: A resilient and persistent mindset with the ability to handle rejection positively.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, HubSpot and sales automation software is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving sales environment.
  • Goal-Oriented: Driven by achieving and exceeding set targets and goals.
