Bitsight is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who will be responsible for supporting our marketing organization on the creation of scalable and repeatable programs driving marketing qualified pipeline. Working closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Business Systems, the Marketing Operations Specialist will be the owner of our marketing data, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness. Reporting to our Senior Manager, GTM Revenue Operations this role will be a trusted partner to the marketing organization, having a significant impact on the long-term growth of our fast-growing business.

Responsibilities:

Process Optimization

• Drive operational excellence for our marketing organization by strategizing on process improvements and integrating best practices into our marketing tools.

• Ensure Marketing has appropriate processes and metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Technology

• Own our marketing automation technology, serving as the prime point of contact for the marketing team.

• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and business systems to ensure seamless data integrations to enhance operational efficiency.

• Drive implementation, best practices and adoption of marketing automation tools.

• Support our portfolio of marketing technology tools, including evaluation, implementation, and optimization of technologies that support revenue-growth.

People

• Support our demand generation team in the technical execution of campaigns, focusing on best practices to optimize campaign performance.

• Guide stakeholders on campaign setup to ensure reporting accuracy.

• Drive data governance and compliance with marketing records to maintain high levels of quality and accuracy.

Data Analytics and Reporting

• Work with team analysts to analyze comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

• Utilize data-driven methodologies to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for revenue growth.

Preferred Experience:

• 4+ years overall business experience

• 2+ years of hands-on marketing automation experience, certification a plus

• Knowledge of marketing technologies and best practices

• Knowledge of global email compliance regulations

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology

• High level of personal productivity and execution

• Strong collaboration, communication, and influence skills

• Strong process and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated record of delivering results within a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Strong ability to manage large amounts of data and monitor data quality

• Ability to use data and translate results to digestible communications including messages and presentations

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US $75,000 to $95,000 annually for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Bitsight's good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant.
