The Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated F&B Outlet Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest level of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Duties and Functions:

  • Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to provide outstanding customer service and uphold the club's standards of excellence.
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure dishes are prepared and served according to established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings, considering seasonal ingredients and member preferences.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized ambiance within the restaurant, including table arrangements, decor, and cleanliness.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed expectations.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Create and manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize profitability without compromising on quality.
  • Plan and execute special events, private parties, and themed nights, coordinating with relevant departments for seamless execution.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and open communication among staff.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying innovative ideas to enhance the restaurant's offerings.

Qualification Standards:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation, ensuring memorable experiences for members and guests.
  • Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
