Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Assist with customer organization's planning including comp plan design, capacity models, target setting, and territories

- Support key strategic decisions on improvements to GTM strategy and structure

Business Partnership:

- Enable key stakeholders to make data driven decisions leveraging dashboards & reports built

- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement working closely with key stakeholders

Customer Analytics & Insight:

- Analyze sales data and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

- Conduct analysis on customer lifecycle data to support retention, upsell, and cross-sell strategies.

- Provide insights to enhance customer satisfaction and overall lifetime value.

- Undertake ad hoc analysis projects as required by the Revenue Operations team and executive leadership

- Translate data into clear, actionable insights to support strategic decision-making

Reporting & Data Visualization:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting structures that provide visibility into customer operations metrics and performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting aligns with organizational goals.

- Leverage Salesforce, Clari, Looker and other technologies to gather, analyze, and visualize data.

Technology Utilization:

- Lead strategy around how Gainsight can best support customer organization throughout customer journey

- Optimize how Gainsight is leveraged within the customer organization

Process Optimization:

- Collaborate with Revenue Operations teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimization around customer journey

- Implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Experience:

- 3-5 years of proven experience as an analyst in revenue operations, customer operations, or another analytical role such as former consultant.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Experience using Gainsight

- Proficiency in SQL

- Experience with Looker or other visualization tools a plus

This position may be considered a promotional opportunity pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US $75,000 to $105,000 annually for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Bitsight's good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant. Bitsight also offers a competitive benefits package, including but not but limited to medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave; flexible time off; a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities; life and disability insurance; and tuition reimbursement.
