Supports Baxter's Training Systems and Program by ensuring the proper use of Baxter's Quality System Software (i.e. BAXU, Agile, VDK) applications and training procedures. This Senior Technician, Quality supports application users by providing new user orientation training and serving as a direct resource for daily BAXU application use and operation. This role is actively involved in the support of training system software at the Batesville Operations sites. The ideal candidate will provide independent, objective assurance and advisory services designed to contribute, and minimize risk of the Baxter Corporation and its subsidiaries.

What You'll Be DoingEnsure training is maintained in a current and compliant state
Partner with management to implement training plans
Enter training data/completions/paper rosters into applicable LMS
Runs Reports and support audit learning requests as applicable
Supports local user needs
Supports maintenance of local Element 03 documents in compliance with local needs and global requirements
Support new hire orientation for Batesville Operations
Support and escalate tickets to Global Learning Center (GLC)
Be subject matter authority on training impact of change controls/document changes
2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience
Prior experience in the medical device industry or related GMP environment or equivalent preferred
Prior experience of relevant work in a training, Quality, or Regulatory role preferred
Learning Management Systems experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) required
Experience with documentation and technical writing skills, in a regulated compliance environment is preferred
The ability to make effective presentations to all levels of the organization is required
Knowledge and understanding of medical device regulations and standards, including but not limited to QSR, Medical Device Directive, ISO Quality System and other applicable industry requirements is preferred
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $48,000 - $66,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
