The Leadership Gifts Officer (LGO) works independently and as part of the team to secure annual gifts for Boston Children's Hospital. Through phone calls, personal visits, and other meaningful interactions, the Officer will identify and qualify new prospects; cultivate, solicit and close gifts between $500 - $99,999; and steward annual leadership donors. This role will personally manage a portfolio of leadership giving donors/prospects needing sustained cultivation and stewardship. Our team of talented fundraising professionals are passionate about our mission, are strong collaborators, can bring different kinds of expertise and can help us shape a bold, extraordinary future for kids and families everywhere.
