We are looking for Direct Care Professionals to work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in one of our many residential or day habilitation programs. We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to work directly with these individuals in one of our residential programs in the South Shore.

Schedules include full-time and part-time day, evening, and overnight shifts in the following cities:

Braintree, Holbrook, Norwell, Norwood, and Randolph

Hourly rate for this position is $18

Responsibilities -

In this role, you will help our individuals live fulfilling and independent lives with dignity and respect by:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, nutritional needs, etc.)
  • Supporting in skill development and mastering
  • Participating in community integration
  • Aiding in behavioral interventions and medication dispensing (training provided)
  • Partaking in the implementation of IEP/ISP objectives and documenting progress

Qualifications -

  • Previous human services/behavioral experience strongly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
