Bitsight is looking for a collaborative, execution-focused Senior Manager of Content Marketing to join our incredible team. This person will be responsible for building a relevant, resonant content program, working with a combination of internal thought leaders, partners, customers, and external writers to develop and deploy engaging content that builds on our leadership within Cyber Risk Management. Responsibilities include the following:

  • Build and execute Bitsight's content marketing strategy with an emphasis on creating awareness and engagement with senior risk and cyber security leaders

  • Manage content creation projects by partnering with thought leaders in multiple disciplines, utilizing a combination of internal and external teams and resources to bring stories to life

  • Create narratives that captivate audiences with data, design, and the message itself

  • Take projects from inception to market delivery

  • Partner with design to apply visual storytelling to enhance narratives and bring content to life

  • Repurpose anchor content pieces to drive engagement though a variety of mediums in multiple channels (Digital, Web, Social, Video, etc)

  • Be a key custodian of the Bitsight brand narrative

  • Manage an editorial calendar and content plan that provides visibility to all required stakeholders

  • Measure the impact of content across channels

  • Establish a global model for content development that extends centralized content and balances with country/market specific needs.

  • Integrate content into sales plays and enablement materials to support the company's key pipeline-generating activities

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience driving high-impact content at fast-growing technology companies

  • Cyber security industry experience

  • Ability to manage multiple projects across stakeholders and delivery teams

  • Ability to bring ideas to life within a compelling story arc

  • Acumen in distilling data from multiple sources and synthesizing into succinct stories

  • Excellent writing, cross-functional collaboration, and influencing skills

  • Ability to build compelling customer journeys through compelling content experiences

  • A data-driven mindset to measure and optimize tactics and strategy

  • Experience testing new innovative approaches, including but not limited to, Generative AI

  • A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with executives, thought leaders, and subject matter experts across multiple teams within the company

  • Experience leveraging content syndication platforms in multi-touch campaigns

  • Experience managing internal content management systems

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US$115,000 to $135,000 annually for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Bitsight's good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant. Bitsight also offers a competitive benefits package, including but not but limited to medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave; flexible time off; a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities; life and disability insurance; and tuition reimbursement.
