Acara Solutions is seeking qualified candidates to work ONSITE as a Project Manager with one of our customer in Devers, MA.

Here's what you'd do:
  • Review project proposals against customer specification.
  • Primary point of contact for our customer.
  • Maintain project meeting minutes and project plan for the life cycle of each project.
  • Schedule 30-60-90 percent model reviews internally and externally.
  • Delivery of all project documents per standard work (i.e., P&IDs, GA's, Electrical and Automation).
  • Support system bill of material generation per standard work.
  • Procurement of system components and materials delivery based on project timeline.
  • Prepare progress and budget reports for senior management.
  • Work with process engineering to ensure designs meet customer specifications.
  • Ensure project documentation milestones are maintained, complete and accurate.
  • Support Pre-FAT, FAT and SAT activities to ensure proper closeout of documents.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical or Chemical)
  • 3 years of related work experience required
  • Ability to read engineering documents: GA drawings, wiring diagrams, 3D Models, P&IDs, etc.
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Project.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Instrumentation, Automation, PLCs, knowledge
  • Understanding of GMP documentation requirements
