Position Summary

The person in this position is responsible for oversight of researching open Return Material Authorizations (RMAs). To research their exceptions and resolve issues in order to ensure their accurate and timely disposition. Coordinate with multiple departments, within multiple locations, in multiple warehouses and other facilities, to locate materials and finished goods in order to properly process open RMAs. Required to identify and implement process improvements as part of the optimal and best practices operating philosophy at Light and Wonder. Other duties may be assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for researching of open RMA's to determine status to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to locate and verify equipment noted in RMA's.
  • Document exceptions for further action.
  • Coordinate with Shipping and Order Management / Order Entry to document and process Return To Sender (RTS) packages.
  • Proactively Coordinate RMA's with Order Management / Order Entry and Field Services to ensure accurate and effective RMA processing.

  • Ensuring the accurate entry of information into the system at all stages of processing.
  • Handling goods and documents in a busy warehouse setting.
  • Work responsibly and efficiently while adhering to all safety rules and policies as well as identify and immediately address safety concerns.
  • Understand and carryout directions from immediate Supervisor and assist with directing workflow.
  • Recommend operational changes to improve process efficiency.
  • Comply with Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
  • Perform all required functions in warehouse management system as trained.
  • Use a desktop computer to complete necessary transactions.
  • Communicate via company email, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a clerical position.
  • High school graduate or equivalent - must be able to verify.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, as required by law.

Preferred Traits, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience with computers and RF scanners.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle a plus.
  • Working knowledges of Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 60lbs continuously throughout a shift.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk throughout the warehouse for extended periods of time.
  • Use of arms, hands, legs and back is required for repetitive motions of lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting.

Work Conditions:

  • May require weekends and evening hours.
  • May require assisting other departments.
  • Workstation located within active warehouse.
