What You'll Do: Enterprise Bank has an exciting opportunity in our Cash Management department! We are looking for a Cash Management Advisor Associate to join our exceptional team. The Cash Management Advisor Associate position is geared towards developing future Cash Management Advisors who will contribute to the growth of the Bank through sales and support the Bank's mission and purpose. The Cash Management Advisor Associate supports the sale and business development of the Bank's commercial deposit and cash management product offerings to borrowing and non-borrowing customers and prospects. This individual helps to develop and maintain relationships with the Bank's Centers of Influence (COIs), identifies and structures cash management solutions, and facilitates the closing of sales. The position partners with Branch Management, Commercial Lending, Cash Management Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Electronic Servicing, Payment Servicing, Deposit Servicing, and other departments to leverage marketing efforts, support new revenue deposit goals, and contribute to expanding and retaining the Bank's overall customer portfolio. This role is accountable for maintaining the highest standards of personal and professional integrity and a strong work ethic.

This position is eligible for Hybrid or Onsite. However, the person in this position will be required to work onsite for the majority of the training period and/if when onsite work is needed. Candidates from MA, NH, and ME only.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree and at least one year of banking experience in a public facing position, sales, and service environment; experience with cash/treasury management product implementation, analytics, reporting and training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Project management, contract review and negotiation experience desirable.
