Responsibilities

New opportunity based in US or Canada with Bruker BioSpin for an Insides Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Will engage in the Pre-Sales phase to manage and qualify inbound leads from Marcom (inbound) and distribute to the appropriate sales representative as defined in sales rules of engagement. Also generates new leads by identifying and initiating prospect/ customer engagement (outbound), nurturing, and distributing to the appropriate Sales representative as defined in Sales Rules of Engagement. Growth will be achieved in the broad definition of the BBIO 'After-market' product segment: will deliver targeted sales campaigns to increase market penetration with our end-to-end portfolio consisting of Consumables, Services, Software, Accessory upgrades and other Aftermarket products and Services.

    Evaluate leads and take appropriate actions as described in BBIO lead management and customer relationship processes using appropriate tools.
  • Execute of sales campaigns while remaining acutely aware of any cross- or up-selling opportunities.
  • Top line growth of both Revenue and New order booking
  • Work in collaboration with the Field and Market Sales, Service, and Application Specialists.
  • Contribute to an increase in Net Promoter Score.
  • Recommend and support changes in processes that improve productivity.
  • "Sales qualify" leads coming from marketing (inbound).
  • Generate leads and opportunities through dedicated targeted sales campaigns (outbound).
  • Generate new order booking for Accessories, Consumables, Services and Software.
  • Develop existing and build new customer relationships ensuring Bruker is seen as a long-term trusted business partner.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Market Product Management and MarCom teams to leverage further growth opportunities and identify wins.
  • Provide Number of Bookings Forecasts for Inside Sales-owned opportunities.
  • Coordinate multi-department projects to meet deadlines.
  • Actively participate in a global, respectful, and open-communication environment.
  • Ensure customer brand consistency and drive customer loyalty to Bruker.
  • Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales work experience in high technology life science, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry; preferably involving NMR
  • Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Science, Physics or related field
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent verbal, written, computer communication and presentation skills. Additional languages desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office. Additional hands on experience with CRM software SalesForce.com and SAP preferred.
  • Prior experience and deep understanding of the lead qualification, customer relationship and sales administration process.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a global work environment and with people at all levels.
  • Strong sales-oriented approach with value generation in mind, including proven success demonstrating sales negotiation and closing skills.
  • Demonstrated tenacity and self-motivation inspired by enthusiasm, drive and initiatives directed towards achieving successful outcomes.
  • Self-disciplined with the ability to decide priorities and collaborate in a rapidly changing commercial environment.

  • Reliable transportation and valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
  • Maintain a valid passport with flexibility for domestic and international travel.
  • May be required to pass security clearance investigation.
