What you'll be doing:

* Manage 7+ direct reports, providing development and feedback.

* Oversee and provide management support for the implementation and use of tools that further enhance our ability to produce high quality content and deliver to the business faster.

* Collaborate in defining business logic that supports content automation with SDS to drive content process excellence; Act as business lead for all cross-functional discussions related to product content operational processes.

* Ensure adherence to standards for product content across the business - this includes partnering with Content Strategy, Merchants, Suppliers & Third-Party Content Providers to identify operational synergies and opportunities for content improvements.

* Identify opportunities within our expanding assortment to enhance content, improve conversion, and generate incremental sales.

* Partner with CSAT team to understand customer needs regarding content as well as with internal partners to ensure system and tools fit the needs of the business. Ensure consistency in customer experience regarding product content.

* Challenge associates to become the recognized leaders of online content for Staples websites, including the use of forward-thinking technologies.

* Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for content QA & publishing processes, using acumen to identify and troubleshoot issues to generate solutions.

* Work cross-functionally with Content Strategy, Merchandising, Site Operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of processes and improvements across all functions.

* Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to articulate complicated concepts simply and clearly.

* Proven track record in driving and delivering business results through the implementation of business process improvements and innovative technology solutions.

* Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and manage ad hoc high priority requests from leadership. Ability to respond quickly to high-priority deadlines and easily adapt to change.

* Proven ability to optimize data quality, improve data delivery efficiency and accuracy.

* Proven ability to coach and grow talent.

* Knowledge of master data management and governance leading practices.

* Experience in data processes, and operations.

* Experience with multi-system integration.

Qualifications :

What's needed- Basic Qualifications:

* 6+ years of Merchandising, eCommerce, or related experience

* Highly proficient in all MS Office tools with specific emphasis on MS Excel and PowerPoint.

What's needed- Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
