Sous Chef/Assistant F&B Manager New England Sports Center (NESC) is hiring a full time Sous Chef/Assistant F&B Manager to work one day prep and 4 days line to include weekends. This position has the potential for advancement.
Hands-on experience for a high-volume environment with a basic menu. Line and banquet experience a plus. Candidate must exercise cleanliness, self-starter, follow directions, and possess excellent customer service skills. Must be cognizant of preparing special food allergen orders. State and local food service industry sanitation requirements training preferred (Servesafe and/or TIPS).
