Job Description

What you'll be doing:

* Manage, monitor, and analyze new and renewal certificates of insurance for compliance with Staples's contract requirements.

* Support corporate insurance consultation activities and provide accurate reports to auditors, actuaries, TPA's and finance .

* Manage account payables and receivables and provide evidence of Staples insurance to third party vendors.

* Manage, update, and maintain RMIS and other internal system sites (ie. sharepoint, risk management portion of intranet etc.).

* HTML and SML coding, reports via SQL.

* Lead systemic integrations into RMIS with 3rd party vendors, as appropriate.

* Assist in managing insurance broker, TPA'S, consultants and carrier relationships.

* Respond to requests from our insurance brokers, carriers, TPA's and internal & external partners.

* Support the corporate insurance risk management department operations.

Qualifications :

What's needed- Basic Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED

* 3+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance, commercial insurance risk management, commercial insurance brokerage, OR commercial insurance underwriting.

What's needed- Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Computer Science or Finance

* Familiarity with a Risk Management Information System (RMIS); Origami a strong plus.

* Associate in Risk Management (ARM) Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS) OR Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) OR Certified Risk Manager (CRM) OR Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU)

* Proficiency in SQL, HTML and SML coding
