What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the transformation of the KPI function, elevating its capabilities, output, and strategic impact on the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop a sales performance reporting strategy that informs seller initiatives across Sales Ops, Sales, Human Resources, and Sales effectiveness.
  • Harness data from multiple sources, including our KPI program database, Snowflake data warehouse, and SFDC and industry guidance, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Lead the evaluation and interpretation of program results to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern that require further investigation or action.
  • Drive regular cross-functional meetings with leaders from sales, sales effectiveness, and human resources to discuss findings, gather insights, and collaboratively develop data-driven proposals to address identified issues or opportunities.
  • Continuously optimize the reporting process and stakeholder engagement, ensuring timely delivery of insights and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Lead across the KPI and compensation functions to foster an environment that nurtures innovation and collaboration.

What you bring to the table:

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data visualization tools, and analysis methods.
  • Proven ability to partner across the highest levels of leadership, with the ability to inspire and develop a team of diverse individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • A strategic mindset, coupled with the ability to execute and drive change.
  • Ability to act as a thought leader, cultivating a data-driven culture within the organization and staying current on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications :

What's needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline) or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales analytics, with a track record of success in driving customer strategy and delivering tangible business results.

What's needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline) or equivalent work experience.
