What do you get to do in this position?
Schneider Electric is launching an ambitious program to digitize its supply chain, from planning to operations, from factory to distribution center across all business models.
Mission: Define the end-to-end supply chain architecture and follow its implementation, proposing disruptive approaches while leveraging the existing landscape. Supply chain architecture includes (but is not limited to) Planning, Logistics, "Smart Factory" Manufacturing, Control Tower, Data and Analytics.
- Analysis of complex problems starting from the business architecture, deep dive on the details and understanding the nuances beyond the words
- Synthesis: ability to explain a complex topic to non-technical people
- Communication and people networking (circle of influence) with other architects (especially Master data, CRM and Web), the product owners and the delivery teams
- Innovation mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo.
