You will partner with internal clients and senior recruiters to deliver top talent to the firm through leveraging market intelligence and industry trends to plan, coordinate and drive the development of diverse and highly qualified candidate pipelines for current and forecasted hiring needs.
You will Identify high quality passive talent through you'll using primary sources (phone conversations with colleagues and well-connected professionals), in addition to internet research pulling together data from a range of sources including publicly available information and internal CRM. You'll also create ongoing reports and synthesize data to communicate progress and trends to team, often including partners through discussion, email, reports, etc.
You'll be involved in firm wide talent research and intelligence gathering initiatives. You will help to create detailed talent and company reports, and you'll have the opportunity to develop a wide breadth of industry and company knowledge to support thoughtful talent research in a variety of practice areas
Additionally, you will clearly articulate and share the McKinsey value proposition with prospects and conduct phone screens to determine where they would be best placed and match against specific role requirements.
In this role you will have an opportunity to work across boundaries (geography, industry and level), work autonomously and collaborate with peers around the world to explore talent networks, develop creative sourcing solutions and participate in meaningful projects to evolve the sourcing function.
