Trainees who successfully meet Prince Telecom’s strict training standards are provided company uniforms, a company vehicle, paid fuel, cable-specific tools, an expansion ladder, and all safety-related equipment to include hard-hats, safety goggles, safety vests, safety belts, and vehicle cones. Once employed, the second tier targets incumbent technicians to provide numerous opportunities for up-training in Digital Voice, Telephony and ongoing training in safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
